Flagmen use flags, signs, and signals to direct traffic, coordinate with construction crews, and maintain safety standards. They use signals, signs, and flags to direct the flow of vehicles through construction areas, following established safety procedures and regulations.
Responsibilities

- Direct vehicles using flags, signs, and hand signals to ensure safe passage through construction zones.
- Monitor traffic flow and adjust signaling as necessary to maintain safety and minimize congestion.

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines set by regulatory agencies and construction companies.

Emergency Response:
- Respond promptly to emergencies or incidents within the work zone, such as accidents or vehicle breakdowns.
